Whether you are just starting to think about your employee wellness program, or have a well-established program already, the Healthy Workplaces Toolbox was with you in mind! The toolbox is a comprehensive database with over 300 reputable online resources available to help you succeed in reaching your wellness program goals.
Resources range from general websites to specific fact sheets, sample communication materials, toolkits, and more. Three filters were developed to help you specify the resources you may be looking for: Resource Location, Health Topic, and Working on Wellness Development Cycle Step . You can choose to use as many of the filters as you’d like, or none at all.
For example, if your worksite is in the “Buy In” step of the Working on Wellness Development Cycle, you can search for resources related to this step. Just select “Buy In” and click the search button on the bottom of the webpage.
You will then be led to multiple resources related to this particular cycle step. Want to modify your search? Use your web browser’s “Back” arrow button to return to the original Healthy Workplaces Toolbox page to restart your search!
Can’t find what you are looking for? Have any additional questions or comments? Be sure to share your thoughts and inquiries with the Working on Wellness team by completing the form on the right-hand side of the page. We welcome your feedback and are ready to assist you in finding the resources you need!
Note: Our Healthy Workplaces Toolbox is adapted from the “Healthy Workplace: A Resource Guide for Worksite Wellness”, a document created by the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts, in conjunction with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
