Jessica Rose Cooper is the Executive Vice President at Delos Solutions. Having worked in the architecture and design industry since 2007, Jessica has experience in project management, design, and construction. In her current role at Delos Living, Jessica seeks to improve health and wellness through the spaces in which we live and work, while minimizing the impact on our natural environment. Before joining Delos Living, Jessica worked as Programs Manager at Urban Green Council where she was responsible for developing and executing educational programs for the green building communities of New York City, Westchester, and Rockland. Jessica currently serves as a committee member on the Living Building Challenge NYC + NJ Collaborative, the IIDA New York Chapter Sustainability Forum, and Urban Green Council’s Membership Committee.
Melanie Koch is a Senior Analyst at Delos Solutions. Prior to joining Delos, Melanie worked at the Clinton Global Initiative where she managed a variety of projects focused around the built environment. She also has non-profit experience from her time at Aguayuda, an international organization that provides access to clean water and sanitation in rural Colombia. Melanie is passionate about the relationship between human health and the environment and is proud to be a part of Delos’ efforts to build a better world.
